FAQ
Will the HAFC work in my
diesel car?
No,
this HAFC kit is not made for diesel vehicles. It was only made for
gasoline engines. You can still apply for a quote for the PICC, because
that will be used for diesel as well as gasoline engines. In fact, we
believe we will be able to improve the mileage of 18 wheeler trucks by 4
or 5 times with the PICC.
What size kit do we
need for our vehicle?
The
quote(s) you get back will be based upon the type of vehicle(s) you
have. If you have a four cylinder, our dealer will be sending you either
a single cell unit or a unit that can be either single or double cell
with instructions to use it as a single cell unit. If you have an 8
cylinder vehicle the dealer will quote a double cell unit and will
instruct you to hook up both sides of the fuel cell. The Fuel cell kits
are designed to be used on pretty much all vehicles. If you have a 6
cylinder, hooking up both sides of the double cell unit will be your
option based upon the amount of amperage available with your car’s
electrical system. Many of the dealers charge the same price for the
double cell kit as they do for the single cell kit, but there are good
reasons with a smaller car where things are tight and more compact to
use a single cell.
If I buy another car, can I remove the HAFC and put it on another car?
Sure, it is designed for all gasoline engines. The kit is designed to
last as long as your car, but you may sell your car. In that case, have
your mechanic remove it (or do it yourself if you are handy) and install
it on your new car. We then do recommend that you would pay one of our
Certified Tuning Technicians $100 to retune it. There may be
another car you have that will get more savings from the kit. It is your
kit and your option. You may have multiple cars and just do one car
first to decide what to do with the other one. This is all your choice.
Do you have enough trained mechanics to get it installed right away?
ANY
actual mechanic should be able to install it from the directions in the
kit without even being trained. We have a school that trains master
mechanics to train local mechanics on how to do the install. We have
already graduated 100 Trainers to go back to their local areas and train
mechanics. These trainers are setting up schools and can train 6-12
mechanics a week. In addition to that, we have a Mechanics Training
Correspondence Course for teaching and installing. Check out that area
of the PICC web site that you originally went to. We will recommend a
trained and certified mechanic to any kit buyer with their kit purchase,
but you do not have to use our trained mechanic. Many kit buyers who are
handy can install the kit themselves. The part that is sensitive is in
tuning the emissions control computer system. We have trained
specialists in that area who are responsible for the recruiting and
training of the tuning technicians in every major marketing area of the
USA. A vehicle can be tuned in a matter of as little as 15 minutes (30
minutes tops.) By the time you will need a Certified Tuning Technician,
we will be ready to refer one to you within a reasonable driving
distance of your home.
If proper “tuning” is the key to savings, how often do we get the
computer tuned?
Proper “tuning” is, indeed the key. There are some cars that only
require installation and do not need to be tuned. Unlike getting a
tune-up, this “tuning” does not have to be done every year. In the event
of a total failure and shutting down of your electrical system in your
vehicle, it may have to be repeated, but that is pretty much it. The
various fuel saving devices of the kit can be doing their job, but many
times the on board computer has been set up in a manner to defeat fuel
improvement devices. You may wonder how that is in the interests of the
manufacturer, but when the fuel burns too clean, there is no carbon
build up or sludge that wears out the engine and the engine lasts three
times as long and you keep the car longer without trading it in on a new
model. Understand it now? In a great many instances the computer is used
to actually defeat fuel saving devices. In our case, our mini-computer
(the Optimizer) is hooked up to the manufacturer’s computer and ours
teaches their computer how to accept and manage our system without
rejecting it or the savings. We do this in a manner that is legal in all
states. Our computer is “the good wife”. It makes their computer think
it was his own idea. It is brilliant and only our Certified specialists
can tune that system and make it work. The $100 you pay them is well
spent. They usually earn $200 per hour or more, which is why we will
have no trouble keeping plenty with Certified Tuning Technicians in all
areas. If you buy a kit and install it yourself (or with help with a
friend), you may need to hire a tuner to get the savings. I'm sure that
driving even a hundred miles to a tuner to get the economy would be a
small sacrifice for the savings
Why buy the Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell now rather than just waiting for the
PICC?
That is not very wise. The HAFC is a component part of the PICC. It is
guaranteed to increase your fuel economy right now by at least 50% while
the PICC upgrade for your model car is being perfected. You most likely
will be required to eventually buy it with the PICC, and, if in the
unlikely case that it is not necessary to improve the effectiveness of
the PICC for your car, you will be allowed to return it for a full
refund or keep it and have it installed on another car. There is nothing
to lose in getting the benefit of it right now while the PICC is being
perfected. It, basically, costs you nothing extra! Many people will
discover that the HAFC is so effective that the extra cost to upgrade
into the PICC will not be necessary. In that case the whole thing was
achieved with a kit that cost somewhere around a thousand dollars. We
currently have around a dozen cars with the HAFC portion that have
increased their mileage, on our scientific mileage test, of over one
hundred miles per gallon! Why spend a few thousand more dollars
improving that?
You
may stop at the HAFC and not even upgrade. It will be your choice.
Will either of these technologies void my manufactures warrantee?
Absolutely not! There is a federal law on the books, The Magnuson-Moss
Act, that states that any after market product will not void a
manufacturer’s warrantee UNLESS the manufacturer can PROVE that product
did damage to the part in question. These devices cause more fuel to be
burned and clean the engine.
If I have to put water in the Fuel Cell will it freeze in the winter?
The
fuel cell will be filled with water and, when it freezes, the minute the
electric current comes from the battery to the Fuel Cell it immediately
thaws out enough of the water to start making gas right away. It will be
up to full capacity and completely thawed usually within five minutes.
The Fuel Cell will require filling about once every two tanks of gas on
the norm. It is accessible and easy to fill and you can see the water
level. When the unit is upgraded to the PICC, we will put in a larger
water storage tank and it will not need to be filled more than a couple
of times a year.
Is there anything else that the owner is required to do to maintain the
system?
Yes, there is one other thing. The gasoline that is going into
your car is a long chain molecule that is hard to burn fast. Those
covalent bonds can be broken to make that gas burn faster and more
completely. We have developed a special "Covalizer" that you carry in a
16 ounce bottle. You merely put one tablespoon full (one half of an
ounce) into a small tank (of about 13 gallons in size like for a four
cylinder car. You put two full tablespoons (one ounce) of it into a
larger 26 gallon tank for a pickup. Just measure it out into the funnel
we provide and then fill the tank. You cannot put too much in. That will
just waste product. One bottle will condition 400 gallons of fuel at a
cost of 5 cents per gallon. While this is inconvenient, you will get
used to it. It is a lot more inconvenient to work to earn the money to
pay for the gasoline you will be using if you do not do it. This is far
better than any stand alone fuel additive. Remember, the HAFC is a
"system" where the components work together to maximize the effect of
the total process. If you leave out a part of the process it will still
save and perform, but not as well as it will when you do it right.
What kind
of mileage should I realistically expect?
That depends on a lot of things. The condition of your car has a
lot to do with it. Has it been well maintained and serviced? We
have had some makes and models that are the same, but some vehicles do
better or worse. One V-8 F-150 Ford pickup got only a 56% increase in
mileage, while another one we did went from 11 mpg highway to 33 mpg.
The size or horsepower of your car seems to have a lot to do with it.
Four cylinder vehicles almost always double mileage, while the bigger
V-8s usually get more like a 60- 70% increase. One of our specialists
did a 1998 Air stream motor home and it went from 6.8 miles per gallon
to 22 mpg! There are exceptions. Of course the smaller increase means
more to the bigger vehicle, because it uses twice as much gas and
usually only gets half the mileage. What is better… all of a little or
half of a lot? It all comes out pretty even, actually. We are absolutely
guaranteeing you a 50% increase in mileage, but it should double. We
have had a few vehicles that even our tuning specialists just were not
able to get the increase. It is very rare, and we do not fully
understand why. Some vehicles have mechanical problems that would take a
lot of time and money to diagnose (perhaps the on board computer needs
replacing.) On the rare occasions we run into that we would rather just
refund the money for the kit and accept the defeat. Of course the
customer can spend the money repairing the vehicle and then achieve the
mileage increase or keep the kit and put it on another vehicle. That
does not mean that when the PICC is ready for that vehicle we will not
be able to do a lot with the PICC. The PICC technology by/passes the
computer altogether. We believe our PICC will get every personal vehicle
on the road over 100 miles per gallon (even SUVs.)
How long
will it be before the PICC upgrade is ready?
That is a good question. We are planning on demonstrating it in
Washington DC at the largest renewable energy show in the world on March
5, 2008. We are planning to have an SUV there that will be getting over
100 miles per gallon. We are also hoping, with our multi-million dollar
ad campaign to have tens of thousands of people with the HAFC kits on
their cars that are ready for the upgrade. We will have the mechanics in
place (who can do both HAFC and PICC conversions) and the track record
of tens of thousands of people getting an average, we hope, of double
mileage at that time just with the HAFC. It will then be up to the EPA
to decide whether or not to give our Pre Ignition Catalytic Converter
the status of acceptable catalytic converter. Of course with our PICC
converter on a car we will be able to breath the exhaust coming out, and
it would be pretty difficult for the EPA to deny it at least equal
status to the catalytic converters on cars today. We do absolutely
expect approval by no later than May. Shortly after the EPA approval, we
will be modifying cars by upgrading them to the PICC. Of course those
cars who have the HAFC kit will be modified first.
If I don’t get an increase of 50% but I am pleased with my savings can I
keep it?
The
minimum savings guarantee is a benefit offered to the consumer and it is
completely the consumer’s decision whether or not to avail themselves of
it. I am sure that just because you got a 45% savings, most people
(especially with large pick ups and SUVs) would still be ecstatic with
that. The savings guarantee is there to absolutely assure all customers
that we will at least meet or exceed that standard. The choice of
enforcing it or not is entirely yours. All dealers will cheerfully
refund the cost of the kit they sold if it falls short of our pledge.
Why
should I purchase the HAFC kit as soon as possible?
We
believe that we are in the process of rethinking the automobile
industry. What we have witnessed in our research on the PICC is more
than exciting. We know that big business is always resistant to change.
We are taking the challenge of growing sales and infrastructure over the
next three or four months. The purpose is to set up the opportunity to
force the acceptance of the Pre-Ignition catalytic Converter beyond
usual political temptations. If we have upwards of 50,000 HAFCs to
convert to the PICC, we have all we need to explode it onto the market.
The car manufacturers are straining to get 35 miles per gallon with SUVs
by the year 2020 and we can modify any SUV in America to get way more
than twice that goal right away! Does that not change everything? We can
have the manufacturing set up to meet that explosive growth, assuming a
very successful HAFC program. So, we are pushing hard to create and keep
up with a fast growing market. It MUST operate on a “first come; first
served” basis. To avoid any frustration from our customers, we have a
plan to grow methodically. It is our hope that we will never fall behind
in our goal of following through on orders within a few weeks time at
most. But, think about it. The early bird gets the worm. If it goes
crazy, as anyone should see it could, it could get harder and harder to
keep within a few weeks of orders. Every day you do not have our
technology is just more wasted gasoline money and pollution!
We have been told that we need to call references to check out a
product. Can we get references of satisfied customers?
We
do have a few hundred customers who have experienced the HAFC
technology. We also have 2,000 dealers who are in line to distribute the
HAFC kit nationwide and in other parts of the world. We are also running
full page ads in national magazines that comprise a total subscriber
list of over twenty million readers. Not to mention planned ads on TV,
radio, and mall bill boards. Our dealers are already being inundated
with thousands (soon tens of thousands) of requests for quotes. This is
a nationwide mass distribution of something everyone needs. I can assure
you that you would not want to be one of the references who would be
getting dozens of calls (or more) every evening from people who want to
know how your HAFC is doing. That is why we have done something even
better than giving out the phone numbers of our customers. We are
offering you the best reference you could ever get… We are offering YOU
as a reference for yourself. We are offering you the chance to try our
HAFC kit and, if it does not perform at the minimal level you can return
it for a 100% refund of ALL the money you paid our distributor for it.
We have been offering our hundreds of customers that same offer since
January of 2007. There are no complaints. There are no customers who
have ever exercised that guarantee right with the dealer who sold them
their kit, and been denied the full refund. The only thing we ask is to
get it back in good enough shape that we can recondition it for resale.
Who else guarantees a 50% improvement in fuel economy? I will tell you
who… no one except us, AND WE MEAN IT! The greatest reference you could
get is a local mechanic who knows automobiles and is able to review the
installation manual on this site and the main HAFC and PICC site you
initially visited and can tell you that the technology makes sense. If
the concept makes no sense to him, then fine, why take a chance on
something that a real expert with no axe to grind says makes no sense?
But, if it makes sense to him, and you can see what we have to gain by
building a good reputation, PLUS you can return it if you do not have
the experience we promise, where do you have a better chance to get free
of this gasoline nightmare?
Why is there no name for the Company advertised on the Web Site?
The
name of the company that developed and sells the HAFC kit and will soon
offer the PICC kit is Dutchman Enterprises, LLC. There is a good reason
why there is no name on the web site, because it is the main site for
our 2,000 dealers. You most likely responded to our national media
campaign. The advertising was, collectively, paid for by our
distributors. As the requests for quotes come in, they are routed in
sequential order to the various companies that paid for the ads. When
they respond to you with your quote, they will identify themselves and
you will know exactly whom you are specifically purchasing the kits
from. Be aware that this is a nationwide advertising blitz so you may
get a distributor from another part of the country. All they are doing
is selling you the kit. That is why they can sell it anywhere. It will
be installed either by you (if you are handy) or by a local mechanic in
your area. We stand ready to locate a qualified mechanic right in your
neighborhood. If we do not have one already, we will provide training
for a mechanic who, after reviewing the details of the installation,
knows he can do the job. If the technology does not perform at the
50% minimal improvement level, then the distributor will buy it back for
what you paid them. These distributors value their relationship with
Dutchman Enterprises enough to have built their businesses around it.
Dutchman can assure you, that you will always be treated fairly and
professionally by our distributors who will live up to their
commitments. You have the extra protection that comes from dealing with
a company that has an entire national network of distributors who need
inventory. The market is HUGE. The mechanic always stands behind his own
workmanship. The warrantee for all the kit parts is provided by Dutchman
Enterprises, LLC 3002 State Route 23, Newfoundland, New Jersey as well
as the actual manufacturer involved in that particular kit.. We have
various licensed manufacturers and major suppliers in The USA and Canada
who also warrantee the parts for the kits they manufacture to Dutchman.
You have a whole team of people standing ready to do their part to make
this a great experience. We apologize for any confusion this may cause,
but you are actually dealing this way more often than you realize. Even
the local McDonalds is owned by someone other than corporate McDonalds.
It is run by a local businessman who values his relationship with
McDonalds. It is most likely run by a different owner than the McDonalds
across town, even though they both sell the same product. The burger
business (like most businesses) is dependent upon many other businesses
to keep in materials and supplies and a local labor pool, but is located
in a specific location. It cannot do business outside of its local area
due to the product (burgers) it provides to the public. Of course it has
to obey the rules and regulations set by corporate McDonalds, and it is
overseen by McDonalds headquarters, who make sure everyone obeys the
rules. Dutchman Enterprises cannot afford to have unhappy customers
anywhere. Our distributors are selling a universal (one size fits all)
kit for vehicles. They must do so within the confines of our program.
The best thing is that this kit is so much in demand (with over 100
million vehicles in North America that need it) that it assures everyone
of success. You, the customer, are the real boss, and the assurance of
the entire project. Where would McDonalds be without satisfied
customers? We have worked too hard to develop a quality product and
nationwide distribution and service not to deliver.
How does this kit compare to Hybrid kits or just buying hybrid cars?
Hybrid car modifications are the first good fuel economy idea to come
out of Detroit for the last two decades. The electric car was the
dumbest idea ever, if you think about it. They claim that electricity
was “clean energy” and that is a HUGE lie! Well over half of all the
electricity produced in this country is made from coal. Think about it…
You take COAL (the worst possible energy source that creates acid rain)
and make the “clean” electricity from it (doing more damage to the
environment than using gasoline in your car could ever do) and send it
over transmission lines (that loses 10-15% of the energy produced
through line losses) and plug your electric car into the wall to charge
a battery that is only 50% efficient. It does not take a genius to
understand that is not smart. You start out with the most damaging agent
possible and then get the inefficiencies of not only the power plant,
but also the transmission lines, and the battery into the mix. It would
be better for the environment if we just burned the gasoline.
Electricity in cars “appears” to be “clean” energy, but. In fact, is
anything but “clean”. In the case of the hybrid, however, you are taking
the losses from having to use the brakes and stop or slow down the
vehicle to power an alternator to charge a battery and store inertial
energy that would have been thrown away. You take the energy from
lost inertia and use it to create momentum. That is a great idea! Of
course it works better in city driving with all the stop and go traffic.
Is it worth the effort? That is the big question. To modify a car to
make it a Hybrid after it has been made, can cost $5,000 or more with
kits that can be purchased. They usually return another 8 miles per
gallon on average. You can do the math to see if it makes economic
sense, but it certainly is good for the environment. But, now there is
another way… It is our HAFC kit for now and soon it will be our PICC
kit. Does it make more sense to spend $5,000 on a kit to gain 8 miles
per gallon or to spend $1,000 on a kit to increase your mileage by an
additional 50% or more? If you were getting 20 miles per gallon, then
that means another 10 miles per gallon using a kit that cost only $1,000
and saving $4,000 on the kit cost alone! Remember, both the HAFC and the
hybrid kits have to be installed. Of course, when the PICC is available,
we believe all cars will get over 100 miles per gallon and that PICC kit
is not even expected to be as expensive as the current hybrid
modification kits. The other way hybrids are available is through the
car- maker. The car manufacturers can more easily offer a hybrid version
of the car. The price difference between a regular car and its
hybrid equivalent vehicle can be substantial. For example, the
Honda Civic Ex costs $3, 090 more for a combined mileage difference of
13 more miles per gallon, or 42 mpg.) It is much less than the cost of
buying a kit and modifying the vehicle after it has been manufactured.
Of course we have a new Honda Civic that we have modified with the HAFC
kit. It currently gets 85 miles per gallon highway and a combined
mileage of 59 miles per gallon rather than the 42 mpg combined average
of the manufactured hybrid. The kit that costs less than half the
difference in total cost to buy and install is providing more than twice
as much additional mileage. It should be easy to see the value of an
HAFC upgrade. The PICC evaluation is expected to be even more extreme.
Can we install the
kit on leased vehicles?
That is up to the leasing contract that you signed with the leasing
company. We suggest that you review that contract and determine what is
says about putting after market products on the vehicle during the term
of the lease. It, most likely, says nothing about this subject. If it
states nothing about that, then we believe you will be fine, especially
since the total HAFC system can be removed at any time. The car engine
and all moving parts operate independent of the kit. When the HAFC kit
is removed, the car is immediately returned to its original condition.
It would be like in the old days when the horse died, you just removed
the saddle and took it to the next horse. If you turn the leased vehicle
back in you may want to remove the HAFC kit so you can reinstall it on
your next vehicle. Why give them the benefit since they did not pay for
it. In the near future, we believe, the leasing company will fight
harder to prevent you from removing it at the end of the lease than
penalizing you for having it. In the case of the PICC, we are working on
a program whereby, if a customer commits to a PICC conversion, our
lenders will refinance or possibly even buy out their lease and
refinance their vehicle as long as they put the PICC on it. The idea is
that it will dramatically increase the value of the vehicle, especially
an SUVs or monster pick ups.
Has this HAFC system or PICC system been CARB tested yet, and has the
PICC been accepted by the EPA as a catalytic converter?
Many cars that have failed inspection for the third time have been
modified to the HAFC and passed with flying colors. In fact, when people
fail inspection, modifying a car is the best way to get it passed. The
2007 Honda Civic we will be showing at a renewable energy show in
Washington DC was tested in New Jersey inspection and it was allowed 100
hydrocarbons. With the HAFC system in place, it had only 11. It had
absolutely no carbon monoxide! We are preparing for CARB testing right
now for the HAFC system. We are working with a California engineering
firm to do a protocol unit for testing and there is little doubt we will
pass CARB certification with the HAFC. We believe that the CARB program
is a sincere effort to protect the environment and we intend to
co-operate fully with their efforts. We should be going for testing in
early March. For that reason we suggest that people in California hold
off on putting the kit on their car until that testing has been
completed. Our dealer may sell a California customer the kit in advance
of the testing, but will assure them that if we do not get CARB
certified, the dealer will buy it back for what they paid for it if they
are not able to use it in their state. At least they will already have
the kit when they are able to install it. We do believe that kit orders
are going to get pretty back- logged. We are well on our way to tens of
thousands of orders already. Our advertising is targeted toward tens of
millions of potential customers before the end of March. Getting a kit
now is a very good idea. As for the EPA accepting the Pre-Ignition
Catalytic Converter as an acceptable catalytic converter, watch the
short PICC video if you have not already done so and you will see that
this device is in every sense of the term, a catalytic converter that is
engaging the process of catalysis to pre-condition the fuel. It is so
effective that after the PICC reactor is installed on a vehicle you can
breath the exhaust, because it is so clean. We believe that the EPA
would have no choice but to approve it when the exhaust is so clean you
can breath it. We also believe that our PICC will set a new standard for
emission control in the automotive industry. We do, absolutely, intend
to work with the car manufacturers if they wish to apply this device to
all vehicles that are manufactured in North America through licensing of
this breakthrough technology. We believe that the acceptance of our
catalytic solution is inevitable. It may happen right away, or it may
take time. In any event, we can all be enjoying the benefits of the HAFC
modification kit while we await approval for this new revolution in
catalytic converters.
We have heard something disturbing on the internet from critics of this
project. What is your response to their negative remarks?
We
will deal with this problem openly and honestly. We have nothing to
hide. It is very difficult for people to understand that the internet is
an unregulated forum for comments pro and con on everything. It is a
free rumor mill. Unfortunately, since this, in itself, can be used as a
scam, it has become a way of causing people to make decisions about
people and businesses. Critics on the net claim to merely be exercising
their free speech right to their opinion. Freedom of speech and press
makes it very difficult to get the courts to force them to either prove
their false claims and spin, or cease and desist. But, be assured, that
many of them are being paid to help some big business unfairly compete
with alternative technologies. Many of these “critics” are, in
actuality, well-paid and clever character assassins. They ALWAYS claim
to be unpaid, but it is easy for big businesses to get some unsueable
person of low morals to do their dirty work. When you get such input,
you should evaluate it carefully. What are they saying? How do you know
it is even true? If it were true, how would that affect anything? For
example, one critic of Dutchman Enterprises (a man who has hunted Dennis
Lee like a mad dog for over twelve years) claims that “ex-convict Dennis
Lee is behind this”. In fact, Dutchman Enterprises is NOT owned by
Dennis Lee. The Director of Marketing for Dutchman Enterprises is
Dennis Lee. He is an employee. We find him to be not only extremely
effective in his job, but also a very honest Christian man. He was in
prison for two years about fifteen years ago for not filling out a form,
a civil code (cc1812) violation. As hard as that is to understand, he
was never actually even convicted. At worst he is a man who paid a debt
to society for a civil code violation. He was trying to advance a
technology to make free electricity (against the wishes of some very
powerful self interest groups), which is what we believe, was his only
problem. The system fought hard to keep him from even getting a chance
to try to fix our energy problem. We find it interesting that over a
thirty year long struggle officials never once took him to trial. But,
that has nothing to do with Dutchman Enterprises. We have 2,000
businesses to distribute the kit world wide, hundreds and soon
thousands, of trained mechanics, expert trainers in automotive,
administrative staff, and we assure you we have filled out all
registration forms required. This character assassin posing as a critic
goes on to remind people that “there have been many scams in high
mileage systems in the past” we would add that we believe there is a
scam in the low mileage systems being advanced by the major auto
manufacturers. In many ways the computerized emissions control systems
on your car are scamming the public right now. Unburned fuel is what
breaks engines and causes a faster turn over of cars. If our system
works, why couldn’t the car manufacturers, themselves, have provided
this technology with the car? Of course you never hear this guy putting
down the big boys. He tries to cast suspicion on the claims but offers
NO proof of any failure to perform or to scam anyone on the part of
Dutchman or its associates, because there is none. If there were any
real consumer problems you would be hearing more than rumors from
nobodies. You would be hearing about arrests and convictions and
consumer action groups would be up in arms. We strongly suggest that you
ignore these attempts to keep you and us from giving you the fuel
economy you deserve. This risk free opportunity to discover the truth is
the best way you have of ending your high gas bills. When you ask a
bonafide mechanic who knows automobiles and has reviewed the technology
whether or not it makes sense the answer you get will be worth ten times
as much as an unknown character assassin trying to scare you off. Of
course you cannot beat putting it on your car and experiencing it for
your self. One thing is for sure, we all have a REAL problem with the
price and supply (not to mention damaging aspects) of gasoline and our
unmodified cars are not getting the job done. When you are already in
the soup you have to trust someone. Why not trust people who have a
technology that makes sense to mechanics with a lifetime of experience
and a working knowledge of the system?
I
think I will just wait for the PICC to be ready for market.
Of course you can do what you feel is
best, but we believe that is a mistake. The PICC certainly is what we
have been designing to be our crown jewel. We believe that it will
revolutionize the way vehicles are manufactured in the near future. We
have also discovered, in designing the PICC, that the HAFC technology
compliments the process of conditioning the fuel to become a plasma for
the PICC. The HAFC is actually a “first step” toward the PICC
modification. Oddly enough, both technologies can stand alone, but, when
used in tandem, they are optimal. We have had many surprises as this
research has unfolded. We started with the HAFC, because it was easier
to make universal; avoided the anti tampering laws and is legal now; and
our people wanted to get on the market with something faster. When
we discovered what the HAFC could offer in the process of plasma
production, we were glad we had done so. One advantage the HAFC has over
the PICC is that it is less costly for the consumer. The suggested
retail for the kit (without the optimizer) is $1,000. We were also
shocked to experience that on many 4 cylinder cars, with the HAFC, we
actually experienced well over 100 miles per gallon on our scientific
orange test. If a kit that costs $1,000 can deliver that kind of
efficiency, it may not make sense to buy the PICC upgrade perhaps for an
additional $3,000 in order to improve it by another 2 or 3 times
efficiency. There is a point at which it is no longer cost effective.
Example: If you are driving 15,000 miles a year, and get 100 miles per
gallon, then you are using 150 gallons of gas a year (or 3 gallons of
gas a week.) Why would you pay another $3,000 to cut that down to one
gallon of gas, and save two gallons of gas a week (or 100 gallons of gas
a year?) Buying the first technology would be very cost effective, but
to spend another $3,000 to improve it by 100 gallons of gas a year would
not be as effective as the initial $1,000 kit was. We believe that some
of the cars with smaller engines will react so favorably to the HAFC
that it will not be cost effective to upgrade to the PICC. The HAFC will
be the better investment. Of course for the larger engines, to go from
10 miles per gallon to 15 miles per gallon (or even 20) with the HAFC
will be great, and very cost effective, but to upgrade to a PICC and get
100 miles per gallon will be well worth the additional $3,000. To change
1,500 gallons a year ultimately to 150 gallons a year at the $4,000 cost
for both kits, would be very worthwhile. To save 1,350 gallons of
gasoline at a cost of $4 per gallon would pay that off in a hurry. It
looks like the HAFC will be an important first step in making the PICC
work at its ultimate performance. You will need it anyway when the PICC
has been approved as a catalytic converter and is legal to apply to your
vehicle. It is currently illegal in most states to remove the catalytic
converter unless you are replacing it with an approved replacement. So,
until the PICC is approved by the EPA as an acceptable replacement for
your current catalytic converter, anti tampering laws make it illegal at
the present time (in most states) to use it. Why not get the HAFC now
and save money while you are waiting for the PICC to be ready for the
market? The HAFC may be all you need (or can afford.) When the PICC is
approved and legal for the marketplace, those who have purchased the
HAFC kit will be the first in line to upgrade by adding on the PICC.
There will most likely be tens of thousands of HAFC owners (perhaps as
many as a hundred thousand or more) to upgrade first before anyone else
gets the HAFC/PICC kit. Why not buy the HAFC now and find out if it is
all you need, save money while you are waiting for the PICC upgrade, and
be first in line to get involved in the technical revolution of the
automobile industry? The only other new fuel improvement technology that
is effective so far is a Hybrid kit to modify cars to hybrids. See the
answer in this Q&A section about how the HAFC compares to other Hybrids.
We say “other” hybrids, because according to the definition of the word
hybrid, the HAFC kit does convert your car to a Hybrid. “”Hybrid” is
defined as, “two different types of components performing essentially
the same function.” The HAFC combines properly conditioned gasoline with
water gas for top fuel performance. In conclusion, there is just no good
reason to wait for the PICC to be approved. There is no telling how long
the government can drag out the approval. Whatever time it does take,
you can be saving money in the interim with an HAFC modification.
I know where I
can get a cheap Hydrogen Separator to put on my car for only a few
hundred dollars, why buy an HAFC kit?
It is true that there are Hydrogen Separators that make hydrogen fuel
from water. That is a LOT different technology. Our Hydro Assist Fuel
Cell makes WATER GAS (HHO.) Water gas is a combination of the hydrogen
and oxygen from the water and makes the most unique and powerful gas
there is. It is true that other people are making water gas units. Our
associate originally worked with Yull Brown when he brought the water
gas technology back from China in the 90s. We understand this technology
like few others do. Our unique (patent pending) SYSTEM is much more than
just a water gas maker. We have scientifically blended the processes of
vaporization, ionization, covalizing, AND combining water gas to assist
combustion and raise the octane level of the fuel. You may buy a
hydrogen separator but it cannot do anything like what our HAFC system
is doing. You may even buy a water gas maker, but it, also, is not doing
what our unique system is doing. You may buy similar components to those
in our system and combine them all together as we have, but they will
not be blended together in exactly the same manner as we have, and
probably will cost you more to buy from separate vendors. You can get a
heat exchanger, but it is not magnetic. It is also important to note
that while there are other devices to produce HHO, and there are even
people selling plans on how to make your own, not all HHO water gas
makers are the same. We see devices that are outright laughable being
promoted as being able to do what our precisely engineered fuel cell
does. Do not fall for a cathode and anode stuck in a glass jar of water.
It will produce gas, and lots of visible bubbles, but it produces very
little useable gas. Our people have been making water gas for well over
a decade. There are all sorts of fuel additives and people who “think”
they have saved on their fuel bills using them. We do not “think”
our system saves gas by having a “feeling” that the fuel consumption has
gone down. People profiting from MLM systems sometimes get into wishful
thinking or are overly pessimistic and draw conclusions about a fuel
additive without realizing that there are all sorts of variables that
can effect gas mileage. We apply a scientific test called the orange
test in which all the variables are controlled for an “orange compared
to an orange” test of the resulting savings. We have tested most of the
fuel saving gas additives on the market today and none of the ones we
tested can pass our orange test with anywhere near the results of the
Covalizer we had developed by people who used to make gasoline formulas.
Assuming you are able somehow to find comparable components for a
comparable cost of our kit, there is still a major problem remaining.
The onboard computer, working in conjunction with the emissions control
system on your car will detect fuel savings (and engine saving) devices
that are not standard equipment from the manufacturer, and the
computerized emissions control system will go into a default status.
It will make the fuel mixture rich no matter what you do, until the
computer senses all is as it had been. That means that you will get the
benefit of the combination of devices until the computer learns the
after market system and then it is rendered ineffective. Unless you have
our optimizer that stops that from happening, it did you little or no
good to have the energy saving devices on board. The optimizer is ONLY
sold with an HAFC kit. You cannot buy it anywhere. It is a mini computer
that teaches the on board computer how to regulate and accept our energy
savings system that provides fuel economy but does not change the safe
operating parameters of the engine. Most of our dealers sell that device
at cost as an enabler of the HAFC kit. It is a shame the Optimizer is
even necessary, but it is. When all (or most of) the fuel is burned
there is no sludge or hydrocarbon build up in the engine and the engine
lasts so long you do not buy another car as fast. The manufacturer finds
that unacceptable. However, do not worry about them voiding your
warrantee due to the Magnuson/Moss act of Congress that prevents the
manufacturer from voiding a warrantee for an after market product unless
they can prove it damaged the vehicle. In our case, it is doing the
opposite of damage. Some computers will allow 15% savings without
“tilting” but 50% (or better) can only be attained if you can get the on
board computer to go along with it. Beware: there are computer systems
that are just trying to fool the computer to get it to lean out the
fuel. With those technologies, there is no fuel enhancing system to
enliven or energize the fuel so that the engine has an offset that keeps
the engine at the right operating parameters. These “computer foolers”
just starve it. This is like a “stop eating” diet. It will be good only
for a short time. Our system keeps the fuel trim while the patient stays
healthy. For the cost of our inexpensive kit, we have done all the
engineering and designing to bring the state of the art technology to
you, and we offer what no one else offers, a full guarantee based upon
science and integrity. Why play around with the unknown, especially when
it does not even make good sense when you think it through? We are the
leaders in this march toward a new deal for consumers. Your solution has
arrived and it is time to get on board.
